🕊️ A nourishing 60-minute practice in the comfort of my private & intimate studio in Luskville
This class is a safe and supportive space to begin (or return to) your yoga journey — no experience needed. You’ll be gently guided through foundational postures, conscious breathwork, and mindful movement to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and soften into presence.

Alongside the movement, I infuse each session with healing sound vibrations (crystal bowls, chimes & voice), energy balancing, and spiritual insight to support deep inner alignment and peace.
